Simpson Quick Release Helmet Posts

Simpson Quick Release M61 helmet posts are designed for fitment to any HANS compatible helmet with M6 HANS anchors or prepared for M6 HANS posts. 

This is any helmet rated to FIA 8859-2015, 8860-2010, SA2010 or later.

If you struggle to remove your standard HANS clips at the end of an event, then these QR posts are for you. Simply grab the yellow "pull" tether and it releases the pin and the Simpson Quick Release Tether (ordered separately) simply pops out. You will need both these tethers and the Quick Release posts to complete the Quick Release (QR) system for your FHR (Frontal Head Restraint).
