Stilo DG-10 Digital Intercom

The Stilo DG-10 is a revolutionary digital intercom system designed for motorsports, particularly for rallying. It incorporates advanced noise-canceling technology to enhance in-car communication between the driver and co-driver. The primary feature of the DG-10 is its active digital noise cancelling capability, which allows it to automatically differentiate and filter out undesirable background noises such as engine, transmission, and road surface sounds. This technology significantly improves the clarity of communication by isolating the co-driver's voice and minimising distractions for the driver.

The intercom measures noise levels every 5 milliseconds and adjusts the audio output accordingly. This technology enhances the clarity of the co-driver's voice by boosting it while simultaneously reducing unwanted background noise. This function is especially effective when used in Stage mode during rally racing.

The DG-10 offers three levels of noise canceling, allowing users to customize the experience based on the specific noise environment of their rally car. This flexibility ensures improved communication tailored to individual preferences.

The DG-10 features an ergonomic front panel designed to withstand the rigors of motorsport environments. The controls are easy to access and adjust even when driving on rough terrain.

The DG-10 is equipped with Bluetooth technology, meaning that it can be paired with a mobile telephone, and when in road mode, the rally crew can communicate by telephone with the service team via a telephone call, the answering/termination of which can be operated with ease using the control panel on the intercom. 

The intercom system is equipped with two RCA connections, one for input from a radio or MP3 player, enabling drivers and co-drivers to listen to external sources of audio. It also supports Bluetooth connectivity, allowing users to make and receive calls through their headsets or helmets when in road mode.

The DG-10 is optimised for use in Stage mode during rally stages, with an RCA output that can be connected to onboard camera systems to record the action. Additionally, the output volume of this connection is adjustable.

The DG-10 intercom system operates directly from the car's 12-volt system, eliminating the need for additional power sources or batteries.
